I’m at a loss reading some of the mediocre reviews. I picked up a pair of the Logitech LS11′s mainly to have a pair of typical “cheap computer speaker” monitors in the recording studio for checking mix playback. The sub-bass performance on these little gems is surprising, the overall mix balance is flattering, and I can crank them up about to about ~83 dBSPL (about 1/3) before hearing distortion kick in. Maybe it’s because I’m driving these speakers from pro rack gear, but I’d buy these again in a second.

I bought these speakers because I need to hear sound effects and youtube videos on my computer, and they were the cheapest pair available. Don’t expect to hear nice quality sound, or listen to music through these, because they don’t sound great. They are very small, compact and come with a power supply, which is real nice, plus they are cheap ().

This is my second Boston Acoustic product. I pre-ordered this Duo-I-Plus because of the iPhone function. My friend has a BOSE and he even thinks the sound is better than his. Just can not say enough about this product..

This is our second Duo-i Plus. We returned the first one because the alarm didn’t function correctly (second alarm wouldn’t sound unless it was on tone). The second unit had the same flaw, but instead of returning it we decided to contact Boston Acoustics and seek their help.

They paid to have the unit shipped to them where an engineer changed out the firmware and shipped it back to us all during the holidays.

While all this was happening, the customer service representative was always available and quickly provided updates when asked.

Now it works as it is supposed to and we have the added assurance of knowing that Boston Acoustics is a company that stands behind their products.
